Ready to wear items are generally shipped within 1-2 working days. Custom denim items are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. If you need your item sooner than these times please drop me a message before ordering to see if this is possible! Order shipping times vary based on your location. UK: 2-4 working days Europe: 3-7 working days Rest of World: 5-10 working days You will recieve an email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Ready to wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same unworn condition they were received and packaged nicely (no screwed up clothing please!). Please contact up for return details. Custom denim items are made to order and therefor non-returnable unless there is an issue with your order.
All denim items are machine washable at 40 degrees celcius. We advise washing on a gentle cycle and line drying to ensure the longevity of your items :) Do not bleach or dry clean! Avoid tumble drying.
